Shields ashamed of his performance in UFC 121

Though he won that fight Jake Shields is not happy with his performance and believes he will be better when taking on GSP.

GSP vs. Silva might happen?

Lorenzo Fertitta co owner of the UFC said:
"I want to see that fight," Fertitta said. "That's probably the one fight I really want to see the most."


So we might witness this.

Ultimate Fighter S12E5 Recap

Here is what happened in the episode.

Both teams introduced new coaches. For team Koscheck it was John Fitch and for team GSP it was Jean Charles Skarbowsky - a french muay thai fighter. This guy was a really amusing to watch. He seems to have the habit to get drunk before training and still beat his opponents. Didn't really show his full potential but kicked some asses :)

This episode the fight was Spencer-Nam:
The first round started well for Spencer who managed to land some heavy kicks to Nam's legs and body but at some point Nam got on top of Spencer and did some serious damage ground and pounding him. Spencer didn't manage to recover during second round and got dominated again. Nam got a unanimous decision win over Spencer.

After the fight Koscheck got cocky and started annoying the other team in his well known style.
